They started with a handwritten one page simplified business plan (1-3-5 FIELD OF DREAMS BUSINESS GPS) at our home at the kitchen table after being sick and tired of being sick and tired! Stephen’s locally family-owned window and door company sold to new ownership and Yajaira had a business partnership in an insulation company that unraveled.
They got to where we are today by hard work, dedication, & resilience! Experience speaks for itself and it takes years of failing to have your one BIG breakthrough and opportunity. They believe in Preparation meets SUCCESS!
Stephen’s strong baseball coaching and playing background complexed with FOX Television corporate experience and running multi-million dollar locally family-owned companies helped build his confidence and risk to start his own companies.
Yajaira’s experience in running her own marketing company in Puerto Rico since 2007 & jumpstarting an insulation company really helped shape her to where she is today!

They had struggles such as time management, balancing work and personal relationship duties, language barriers – Latin & American.
