Yajaira Orefice is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as the Co-Owner and Co-CEO of Fixin To Windows & Doors. With a robust background in marketing and a wealth of experience in the construction industry, Yajaira brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical expertise to her role.
Yajaira's journey in the business world began in 2007 when she founded her own marketing company in Puerto Rico. With a Business Degree concentrating in Marketing, she quickly made a name for herself in the industry. Her innovative approaches and dedication to excellence have been the cornerstone of her success.
In addition to her marketing ventures, Yajaira has also run a successful insulation company, further solidifying her experience and knowledge in the construction sector. Her ability to navigate and excel in different facets of the industry showcases her versatility and business acumen.
As she embarks on this new chapter with Fixin To Windows & Doors, Yajaira Orefice is poised to drive growth and innovation, leveraging her extensive experience and strategic vision to lead the company to new heights.

Stephen is a High-Level C-Suite Executive with Expertise in the Fields of Sales, arketing, Operations, Business evelopment, and Leadership! From the bright lights of NYC and to NOW the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex which he now calls HOME! GOD led him to beautiful Dallas, Texas to rebuild his life and allow his WHY to find him to achieve his Business FIELD OF DREAMS and Create a LEGACY for his Family.
Stephen has helped scale two different family-owned window and door companies as their VP of Sales - Wappingers Falls, NY ($2.5M to $6M) during a global pandemic in just 2.5 years and McKinney, TX (250k
to 1M) in less than one year of time.
He is now the Co-CEO of FIXIN TO WINDOWS & DOORS which was a long-term vision for him in the 2020
Global Pandemic to eventually run his own enterprise in the great state of TEXAS. His 5+ years of window and door leadership experience preceded him into a position to IMPACT & INSPIRE - "If you
build it, they will come" positive mentality in business and in life.
